Return and Refund Policy

At Blue Island Projects Smart Tech, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
Eligibility: You may return items within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that are customized, on clearance, or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented for any return or exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases (e.g., items that show signs of use or damage not caused by manufacturing defects), a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
  
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty claims, please refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines or contact us for assistance.

Delivery Policy

At Blue Island Projects, we are committed to providing efficient and timely delivery for all local orders within Barbados. Please review our delivery policy below:

Local Delivery Only
We currently offer delivery exclusively to customers located within Barbados. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Orders will be processed and delivered within 2-5 business days across the island.
Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: For urgent deliveries, we offer same-day or next-day service for an additional fee of $45 BDS.

Delivery Fees
Standard Delivery: Flat rate of $15 BDS for all orders across Barbados.
Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Available for $45 BDS islandwide.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
You will receive an alert via phone call once your order is ready for delivery. At this point, you can communicate directly with the delivery driver to coordinate a convenient delivery time.

Pickup Option
We also offer a local pickup option from our office/store at no additional cost. You can select this option during checkout, and we will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Areas
We deliver to all parishes across Barbados. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. In case of any issues with delivery, we will contact you directly.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If we are unable to deliver your order on the first attempt, we will reschedule a second delivery at no extra cost. A third attempt may incur additional fees.
